This category is the home for all formal governance proposals in the AWE ecosystem. If you’re requesting funding, proposing governance changes, or initiating a community-driven initiative — start here.

Each proposal should be clearly labeled using one of the following prefixes:

  • [AFP] AWE Funding Proposal
    Requests for treasury funding, including grant programs, marketing budgets, and ecosystem development.
    Example: [AFP-3] Q2 Builder Grants Budget
  • [AGP] AWE Governance Proposal
    Suggestions to modify governance structures, quorum rules, voting thresholds, or council compositions.
    Example: [AGP-2] Add New Council Seat for Partner Ecosystems
  • [ACP] AWE Community Proposal
    Offchain initiatives such as council nominations, ambassador programs, or meta-governance decisions.
    Example: [ACP-1] Nominate Contributors for S2 Grant Council

  • Read the AWE Governance Process
  • Use the correct proposal template
  • Clearly state your objectives, budget (if applicable), and execution plan
  • Allow at least 5 days for community discussion (Ideation Phase)
  • Prepare for Temp Check and potential onchain submission via Tally
